The fungi.organic team are based in Kirkoswald, South Ayrshire , Scotland.

All foraging and identification is done by our main mycologist - Gordon Munro

We also have multiple team members working in mushroom picking/growing, film-making / editing & continued research.

All foraging is done in accordance with all UK laws & regulations.

We are fully insured with regard to public liability and product liability insurace . Our transport is also insured upto 5,000 business miles a year for our foraging courses and deliverires.
